Pedro Antônio Marchetti Fedalto (born August 11, 1926 in Rondinha ) is a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic senior archbishop of Curitiba .

Life

Pedro Antônio Marchetti Fedalto was ordained a priest on December 6, 1953 .

Pope Paul VI appointed him on May 30, 1966 auxiliary bishop in Curitiba and titular bishop of Castellum Tatroportus . The Apostolic Nuncio in Brazil, Archbishop Sebastiano Baggio , donated him episcopal ordination on August 28 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Manuel da Silveira d'Elboux , Archbishop of Curitiba, and Jerônimo Mazzarotto , Auxiliary Bishop in Curitiba.

He was named Archbishop of Curitiba on December 28, 1970 and was inducted into office on February 28 of the next year. On May 19, 2004, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
