Perai (name variant: Pirai , Pirai Tenda ) is a town in the West African state of Gambia .
According to a calculation for 2013, around 1098 inhabitants live there, the result of the last published census from 1993 was 858.
geography
Perai is located in the Upper River Region , District Fulladu East and is about three kilometers north of the South Bank Road between Basse Santa Su and Fatoto . The place is about 5.8 kilometers northwest of Sare Alpha and six kilometers southeast of Kularr .
