Perebykiwzi ( Ukrainian Перебиківці ; Russian Перебыковцы Perebykowzy , Romanian Perebicăuţi ) is a village in the Ukrainian Chernivtsi Oblast with about 2,700 inhabitants (2007).
The village, first mentioned in 1598, is located in a bend in the river Dniester on its right bank in the Chotyn district , about 50 km north of the Oblast capital Chernivtsi and 37 km northwest of the Chotyn district center . On the opposite bank of the river in Ternopil Oblast lies the urban-type Melnytsia-Podilska settlement .
Perebykiwzi is the administrative center of the eponymous district municipality , nor the village 7 km south to about the Selena Lypa ( Зелена Липа ⊙ ) belongs with about 400 inhabitants.
