Peter George Dascoulias (born April 17, 1949 in Franklin , New Hampshire ) is a former American biathlete .
Dascoulias competed with the US biathlon national team in Minsk in 1974 and in Antholz in 1975 . In 1976 he took part in the Winter Olympics in Innsbruck . In the individual race over 20 kilometers, he did not finish the competition. With his relay colleagues Dennis Donahue , John Morton and Lyle Nelson , he finished eleventh over four times 7.5 kilometers. Furthermore, Dascoulias was American champion in 1976 in the competition over 20 kilometers.
Dascoulias studied at the University of New Hampshire , graduating in 1972. He then earned a Masters of Science in Adult Education from Kansas State University and a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Webster University .
Dascoulias served 22 years in the US Army until 1994 . He then worked as a high school Spanish teacher , in New Hampshire State Prison and as a pilot.
