Peter Haak (born August 6, 1947 - June 7, 2008 ) is a German former football goalkeeper .
Career
Haak moved in 1971 from Bremerhaven 93 to Bundesliga club Werder Bremen . He had been reserve goalkeeper behind the regular goalkeepers Horst Grunenberg (1969/70) and Dieter Rost (1970/71) in the then second -rate regional football league at Bremerhaven 93 in the rounds of 1969/70 and 1970/71 . Only one regional league game in the 1969/70 season against Arminia Hannover on April 26, 1970 is in his statistics. The 1.80 m tall and 96 kg heavy goalkeeper was number two between the posts in the Bremen team behind Günter Bernard . Werder had bought big in the summer of 1971. It came Herbert Laumen , Peter Dietrich , Werner Weist and Willi Neuberger to the Green-Whites and the unknown substitute goalkeeper from Bremerhaven. Haak made his debut on April 8, 1972 in the away game against FC Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. The future German champions won the game with 6-2 goals and Haak had acted behind the defense with Dieter Zembski , Karl-Heinz Kamp , Rudi Assauer and Bernd Schmidt . He played a total of three games. Since Werder did not manage to play at the top of the table, the club closed the coaches in series in this round. Robert Gebhardt started the round ; he was replaced on September 29, 1971 by Willi Multhaup , who in turn was replaced by Josef Piontek on October 25. The round in 11th place ended as the fourth trainer Fritz Langner .
Haak moved to the 1972/73 round for VfB Rot-Weiß Braunschweig in the Association League East in Lower Saxony; Dieter Burdenski appeared as reserve goalkeeper at Werder Bremen .
