Peter Lindemann (lawyer)

Peter Lindemann (born May 17, 1933 in Stettin ; † October 27, 2019 in Celle ) was a German judge and ministerial official.

Life

In 1952 he became active with Wolfgang Wechsler in the Corps Hubertia Freiburg . From the Georg-August University Göttingen , he was in 1961 for Dr. iur. PhD. After the assessor exam, he went to civil justice . As a ministerial official he came to the Lower Saxony Ministry of Justice and the Lower Saxony State Chancellery . In 1979 he switched to social justice . From 1989 to the age limit (1998) he was President of the Lower Saxony State Social Court in Celle .
