Peter Nöbauer

Peter Nöbauer (* 1948 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian business economist , sculptor and painter .

Nöbauer graduated in art history with Wilhelm Traeger in Ried im Innkreis , graduated in 1973 with a degree in social and economic sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business . He then worked in corporate auditing and project management for industrial plant construction at VOEST until 1985 .

From 1986 to 1987 he studied at the Goethean University in Vienna and from 1987 to 1993 he carried out socio-pedagogical projects in Austria , Spain and Germany (including working on a follow-up project for those released from prison, working on the construction of the Rudolf Steiner House in Salzburg , working on the Free Waldorf School Linz ).

From 1986 he was a speaker and course leader for drawing, painting, sculptural design and biographical work within the Goetheanist working group and Kreuzpunkt.

From 1991 he dealt with the section work of the fine arts in Austria. Nöbauer is the founder and director of the Center for Art and Social Encounters in Wieselburg and initiates and accompanies the seminar for integrative social work.

From 1993 to 2003 he was an art therapist at the Centro Therapia in Puerto del Carmen on Lanzarote . In 2006 and 2007 he initiated and led South African - Upper Austrian exchange projects.

He has been a member of the Innviertler Künstlergilde since 2008 and lives in Attersee and works in the Atelier Nußdorf Upper Austria.
