Peter Nadig (ancient historian)

Peter Nadig (born March 9, 1959 in Duisburg ) is a German ancient historian .

Life

After completing his technical college entrance qualification in design at the Duisburg-Zentrum vocational school in July 1981, from 1981 to 1987 he studied visual communication at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences with a degree in designer and then ancient history, medieval history , modern English and American studies at Heinrich-Heine- University of Düsseldorf , where he obtained the Graecum in 1989 and the Magister Artium degree in Ancient History in the 1993 summer semester. His research interests are Pharaonic Egypt, Hellenism, Alexander the Great, the late Roman Republic, early Christianity, and military history.
