Peter Scharff (cook)

Peter Scharff (born September 8, 1969 in Dinkelsbühl ) is a German chef , entrepreneur and non-fiction author.

From April 2001 to July 2007 he worked as head chef in his brother Martin Scharff's Wartenberger Mühle in Wartenberg-Rohrbach in Rhineland-Palatinate . He is known to a wide audience as a TV pastry chef through the SWR television program Kaffee oder Tee .

In 1986 he began his cooking apprenticeship at the Ringhotel Hohenlohe . In addition, he completed an apprenticeship as a pastry chef . He learned his craft under chefs like Harald Wohlfahrt and Dieter Müller and completed his knowledge in New York and Barcelona . He is also known for catering at various events such as B. the annual Bambi film award , the award of the golden camera , Berlinale, etc., which he organized together with his brother Martin Scharff.

Since July 2007 he has been breaking new ground with his company Culinary Competence , for example with the development of the Corporate Identity Food or the development of the Cuisina herba barone with the herb expert Bernd Simon.
