Peter Scheuchenpflug

Peter Scheuchenpflug (* 1965 ) is a German theologian .

Life

From 1984 to 1989 he studied Catholic theology (diploma) in Regensburg and Innsbruck . From 1989 to 1990 he taught as a part-time religion teacher at the Kelheim vocational school and was a research assistant at the Chair for Medieval and Modern Church History at the University of Regensburg . From 1990 to 1996 he was pastoral assistant / referent of the diocese of Regensburg : (until 1993: St. Konrad (Regensburg) ) (1993 to 1996: religious instruction at the Hans-Herrmann-Hauptschule Regensburg). From 1996 to 2008 he was a research assistant / senior assistant at the Chair for Pastoral Theology in Regensburg (1996: PhD : The Catholic Bible Movement in the Early 19th Century, 2003: Habilitation : Catechesis in the Context of Modernization and Evangelization, 2003: Authorization to teach pastoral theology) . From 2004 to 2007 he had a teaching position for pastoral theology in Passau . From 2008 to 2009 he was a pastoral advisor (part-time with parents): religious instruction at the Albrecht-Altdorfer-Gymnasium and at the International School Regenstauf. From 2009 to 2012 he was Academic Councilor z. A. at the Chair of Religious Education and Didactics of Religious Education at the Faculty of Catholic Theology at the University of Regensburg. Since 2012 he has been teaching as an academic councilor and adjunct professor at the chair for religious education and didactics of religious instruction at the Faculty of Catholic Theology at the University of Regensburg
