The Petite Leyre (also spelled Petite l'Eyre ) is a river in southwest France that runs in the Landes department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the municipality of Luxey , generally drains in a north-westerly direction through the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park and flows after 50 kilometers in the municipality of Moustey as a right tributary into the Eyre , which is also known here as Grande l'Eyre .
