Petr Mudroch (born October 12, 1978 in Czechoslovakia ) is a former Czech ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with KLH Chomutov in the Czech 1st division .

Career

Petr Mudroch began his career as an ice hockey player at HC Pardubice , for whose professional team he made his debut in the extra league in the 1996/97 season . Parallel to the games for the Extraliga team, the defender was also used for HC Berounští Medvědi and Bílí Tygři Liberec in the second-class first division between 1999 and 2001 . The former national junior player achieved his greatest sporting success up to that point by winning the championship with HC Pardubice in the 2004/05 season , when he and his team competed in the final with a sweep in the best-of-seven series against the HC Zlín prevailed.

In the summer of 2006 Mudroch signed with Pardubice's league rivals HC Energie Karlovy Vary , with whom he was also champion after the runner-up in 2008 a year later. In both cases, HC Slavia Prague was the opponent. For the 2009/10 season , the left shooter was signed by HC Kladno . The following season he spent at the second division KLH Chomutov before ending his career.

International

For the Czech Republic , Mudroch took part in the U20 World Junior Championship in 1997 , where he finished fourth with his team.
