Petra Welteroth
Petra Welteroth (* 1959 in Eitorf , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German actress and ( jazz ) singer .
Life
Petra Welteroth was trained from 1978 to 1981 at the Theater der Keller in Cologne. From 1981 to 1984 she was a member of the ensemble at the Stadttheater Ingolstadt . Afterwards she worked at various German-speaking theaters as well as for film and television. After a permanent engagement at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe, she came to the Theater Aachen in 2000 , where she played until 2005. In 2004 the city awarded her the Kurt Sieder Prize there . In 2013 she received the Roswitha Ring . She has been working freelance since 2005.
