The 1999 first season was directed by Albert Hanan Kaminski . A total of 13 episodes were shot. The second season appeared in two parts. Some of the episodes were released in 2006, the others consist of the film Tomorrow, Findus, There Will Be Something and were only added to the season in 2012. The first broadcast station on German-language television is KI.KA for both seasons . The series has also been shown on ZDF and the Swiss broadcaster SF Zwei. Both seasons were also released on DVD. In addition, individual episodes in the three feature films Pettson and Findus , News from Pettson and Findus and Kuddelmuddel were reused at Pettson & Findus .
