history
A church was mentioned in a document in 1168.
architecture
The Gothic ashlar building is made of tuff stone . To the nave four-bay nave externally provided with stepped buttresses - - a semi-retracted closes chorus with a three-eighths-circuit. The ribs were removed from the Gothic vaults in the nave and choir. The three-axis west gallery has a ribbed vault . The tower in the southern choir corner has an eight-sided pointed helmet. The Gothic south portal has a vestibule with a ribbed vault. The sacristy has a rib vault.
The cemetery wall has a wedge cover made of tuff stone.
Furnishing
The high altar from 1705 has a later modified rococo tabernacle with a crucifixion group. The statues are believed to have been made by the Schwanthaler family of sculptors . The side altars were made around 1680. The left side altar bears a figure of Mary with child from the 17th century. In the nave is a group of figures of the Coronation of Mary from the second quarter of the 18th century.
There is a bell from 1681.
