The church consists of a four-bay nave with a retracted choir. The square church tower with a pointed roof is built into the fourth nave yoke to the south . It carries a bell cast by Medardus Reig in 1699 . The coat of arms of Bishop Matthias Scheit is on the western facade . On the north side of the building are fragments of a Roman tombstone from the 2nd century BC, on the south side at the level of the base a medieval animal figure is walled in.

The four-bay nave is spanned by a ribbed vault resting on polygonal wall templates . The one-bay choir with a five-eighth closure has a ribbed vault with shield-shaped keystones . There is a sacrament niche and two shoulder arch portals in the choir . There are Gothic entrance portals on the south and west sides of the church. The baroque organ gallery was redesigned in a neo-Gothic style.

The neo-Gothic interior of the church was designed from 1888 to 1895 based on a design by August Ortwein . The altar panel of the main altar painted by W. Helfer in 1907 depicts St. Radegundis , the side altars with frescoes based on a Gothic pattern by Ludwig von Kurz zum Thurn and Goldenstein from 1895. In the tower chapel, in the choir and in the nave behind the side altars there are significant frescos by the master of St. Radegund from 1506.

On the south side of the church there is a war memorial designed by Hans Pacher in 1954.
