Philip Øgaard

Philip Remi Øgaard (born April 6, 1948 ) is a Norwegian cameraman .

Life

After working as a camera assistant on the Norwegian adventure film 50/50 in 1982 , Philip Øgaard was able to fjord with Adjø solidaritet and Deilig in 1985 ! working as an independent cameraman for the first time. As is usual in the Scandinavian film business, filmmakers work in a wide variety of productions in the Scandinavian countries. For example, Øgaard first directed the camera in 1988 in the Swedish production Sweetwater and in 1990 in the Danish drama Smykketyven . Although he remained largely associated with Norwegian film, he was also recognized abroad for his services behind the camera. He was awarded the Guldbagge , the most important Swedish film award, in 1999 for his work on Glasblåsarns barn for best camera . In 2010 the Norwegian comedy Ein Mann von Welt by director Hans Petter Moland was released . Øgaard has been working with Moland since 1995 and has directed the camera in films such as Kjærlighetens kjøtere , Aberdeen and Comrade Pedersen .
