Phoebe Gaa
Phoebe Gaa (* 1981 in Heidelberg ) is a German television presenter and journalist .
Life
Gaa studied American Studies , Political Science and Law at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1999 to 2006 and Political Sciences and Chicano at San Diego State University from 2002 to 2003 .
From 2000 to 2006 she worked as a freelance editorial assistant at the ZDFdokukanal . After various internships at JBI Localization, 3sat and CNN , she was an editor at ZDFdokukanal from 2006 to 2007 . She then worked as a trainee at the ZDF -Landesstudio Hessen until 2008 . This was followed by a job as a reporter at ZDF Studio Sachsen-Anhalt or Saxony until 2011.
Between 2011 and 2014 she was an editor and reporter in the ZDF main editorial office Politics and Current Affairs as well as studio representation in Warsaw . She then worked as an editor at heute-journal and as a studio representative in London with assignments in Brazil , Morocco and Greece . Since June 2017 she has been a correspondent at the ZDF-Studio Moscow , in January 2019 she took over the management of the Studio Moscow and since then reports on the regions Russia , Belarus , Ukraine , Moldova , Georgia , Armenia , Azerbaijan , Kazakhstan , Kyrgyzstan , Tajikistan , Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan .
