Pierre Kohler

Pierre Kohler (born February 3, 1964 in Delémont ; resident in Seehof and Delémont) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ).

Life

Kohler has been at the University of Freiburg Law studied and the bar exam of the Canton of Jura obtained. From October 1, 1993 to December 31, 2002, he was a minister in the Jura government and headed the Department of Environment. In the 2003-2007 legislature , he was a member of the National Council for the canton of Jura . In 2006 he brought the semi-finals of the Chinese Missen election to Delémont. This provided the template for the film comedy Win Win from 2014.

Since 2009 he has been the mayor of Delémont. He was nominated for the SwissAward 2009 in the Politics category.

Kohler is married with two children and lives in Delémont.
