The Pilšťský potok (Polish Ostra , German Piltscher Bach ) is a left tributary of the Opava in Poland and the Czech Republic.

The Ostra rises west of Branice in Poland. Kałduny, Niekazanice and Ludmierzyce are located on their course, which initially leads to the southeast . The brook then turns south and reaches Czech territory via Pilszcz after about 14 kilometers, where it is called Pilšťský potok. Here, the creek flows east on Stříbrné jezero past and opens after about 18 kilometers at Kateřinky on the northern outskirts of Opava in Opava .
