The US Highway 10 runs west-east direction by the Town of Pine Valley. Wisconsin State Highway 73, which runs north to south, crosses US 10 in Neillsville. In addition, the County Highway G and B run through the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads or partly unpaved roads.
With the Neillsville Municipal Airport there is a small airfield around 10 km east. The nearest commercial airports are Central Wisconsin Airport in Wausau (around 100 km east) and Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire (around 90 km west-northwest).
