Plater
Plater , also Plater-Syberg and Plater-Zyberk is the name of the count's noble family in Poland , Lithuania and Russia , which as of the Broel called Plater the Westphalian nobility of the County of Mark comes.
history
The family came from Westphalia with the Broel parent company (desolate since the 15th century). It appears for the first time in a document in 1274 and 1277 with Hinricus de Broyle and appeared for the first time in 1392 with Rötger von dem Broel called Plater with the surname. The family died out in Germany in 1659, but continued to exist in several lines in Polish Livonia , Lithuania, Poland and Russia.

The family coat of arms shows three black bars in gold, overlaid with a red diagonal bar. On the helmet with black and gold covers, an open flight, as marked as the shield.
