Pogoni ( Greek Πωγωνί , ( n. Sg. )) Is a municipality in the Greek region of Epirus . It was formed on January 1, 2011 from the amalgamation of today's municipal districts of four municipalities and two rural municipalities, the administrative seat is Kalpaki.

The villages each have their own story. Kefalovrisi is the largest of them, while Kalpaki is the main town and Delvinaki is the historical center with a history spanning over a thousand years. The history has been documented since 1081. Some of the villages were added to Albania before the First World War , even though the population was entirely Greek-speaking.
