Lisa Politt (born December 4, 1956 in Braunschweig ) is a German political cabaret artist . Together with her partner Gunter Schmidt, she has been running the Polittbüro theater in Hamburg-St. George .

Career

Lisa Politt grew up in Bomlitz in Lower Saxony and attended high school in Walsrode together with Ernie Reinhardt, who would later appear as Lilo Wanders . After school she went to Hamburg and studied psychology . Together with Gunter Schmidt, she founded the cabaret group Herrchens Frauchen in 1984 .

In 2010, Lisa Politt staged The seven deadly sins meet at the opening ceremony of any major project in an undefined Hanseatic city, the largest in-house production of the Polittbüro to date , which was subsidized by the City of Hamburg's cultural authority with 40,000 euros. Actors Gustav Peter Wöhler and Karoline Eichhorn, among others, contributed to the parody of the building of the Elbphilharmonie .
