Pomhaj Boh
Pomhaj Bóh is the monthly magazine of the Evangelical Sorbs in Upper Lusatia . It appears in Upper Sorbian and is named after the Sorbian Protestant greeting "Pomhaj Bóh" (in German, for example, "God help"). Pomhaj Bóh mainly publishes articles on the present and history of the Protestant Sorbs in Upper and Lower Lusatia . In addition to current reports from the bilingual communities, general religious, cultural and cultural-historical topics are also dealt with. The editor is Trudla Malinkowa . The joint editors are the Sorbian Church Community Association and the Sorbian Evangelical Association

Pomhaj Bóh was founded at Easter 1891 by Pastor Friedrich Selle (1860–1931) in Kreba as a weekly Sunday paper for the Sorbian Protestant parishes in Upper Lusatia. It served religious edification, instruction, information and entertainment. Together with other Sorbian printed matter, Pomhaj Bóh was banned by the National Socialists in 1937. A re-publication was possible since December 1950 as a monthly paper. As a supplement to Pomhaj Bóh, the newly founded Lower Sorbian magazine Pomogaj Bog was published twice a year from 1988 to 1990. This has been published since 1991 as part of the Lower Sorbian weekly newspaper Nowy Casnik.
