Most of the beats for the album were produced by DJ Reckless . Only the instrumentals of the songs We give it hard and Sucks on Dick are from Frauenarzt or DJ Korx.
Cover design
The album cover shows the rappers Mr. Long in a red T-shirt and a gynecologist in a white T-shirt, surrounded by four scantily clad women. In the upper part of the picture are the words Reckless presents: and Mr. Long & Frauenarzt in white or gray. The title Porno Party is in pink letters in the middle of the cover. The background is also mostly pink.
