Business is business - guest parts part 1 is an album by the rapper Frauenarzt . It was released on October 27, 2006 on the label Mehr Kohlen Records . Soulfood Music Distribution GmbH took over the distribution of the publication. The album contains a compilation of collaborations with befriended hip-hop musicians that Frauenarzt had recorded in the previous two years. Business is business was initially indexed on List B of media harmful to minors in 2007 and confiscated nationwide in 2009. At the end of 2009, gynecologist was fined for depicting violence and distributing violent pornography in relation to the lyrics of the album.

Business is Business was the fourth album that Frauenarzt released in 2006. Indexing and Seizure
Business is business was indexed on List B on October 31, 2007 by the Federal Testing Agency for Media Harmful to Young Persons . The BpjM commented in a publication in May 2008 on the grounds: "Extremely brutal and detailed depictions of violence in connection with sexual acts are presented."
In June 2009 the nationwide seizure of the album business is business was announced by the federal inspection agency for media harmful to minors. The confiscation order of February 3, 2009 refers to § 131 ("Depiction of violence") and § 184a ("Dissemination of violent or animal pornographic writings") of the Criminal Code .
Criminal consequences
In 2009, Gynecologist was charged with depicting violence and distributing violent pornography in relation to the lyrics of the albums Business is Business and Porno Mafia . On December 21, 2009, the court pronounced the verdict against the gynecologist. It found the musician guilty of all charges and sentenced him to a fine of 8,400 euros. In the announcement, the court described the criticized texts as "incredibly brutal and nauseating", which are intended to deliberately provoke. The gynecologist had previously admitted that he described sadomasochistic practices in texts. After the verdict was pronounced, he showed no understanding for German legislation: “You have to imagine that, I now have a criminal record because of my music.
