Nora Kaminski, the doctor without a doctorate , is still mourning her friend and practice partner Richard Freese. Now she welcomes Dr. Hannes Stresow as her new colleague. This time she has to look after the headmaster Thorsten Thieme after a fight. In doing so, she finds out that her new colleague knows Thieme and used to deal with him.
