Premio Atenea

The Premio Atenea is a literary and science award that is awarded to one or more award winners by the Atenea magazine of the University of Conception in Chile . Initially, it was awarded annually between 1929 and 1966 for outstanding works in the fields of literature , science and historical research. The award ceremony was suspended from 1967 to 1993. Then the prize was awarded again in 1994 and 1997 and has been awarded since 2006 in even years for literary works and in odd years for scientific works.
