Peter and Paul Seminary (Dili)

The seminary of Peter and Paul ( also full seminary of Fatumeta ) is the only Roman Catholic full seminary ( Seminario Maior ) in East Timor . It was founded in 1933. It is located in Fatumeta ( Suco Bairro Pite ) in the state capital Dili .

During the 2006 riots in East Timor , refugee families found refuge in the seminary grounds. There were also minor attacks on the camp by demonstrators.
