Probuda Ridge (English; Bulgarian хребет Пробуда chrebet Probuda ) is a 15 km long and 4.5 km wide mountain ridge in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the north-central part of the Sentinel Range in the Ellsworth Mountains , it extends from Mount Anderson in a north-northeast direction to Mount Todd . It includes Eyer Peak , Mount Press and Mount Todd. The Embree Glacier is to the west and north, the Ellen Glacier is southeast of it.

The first ascent of Mount Press was made on December 31, 2006 by an Australian-Chilean team led by the Australian mountaineer and polar explorer Damien Gildea (* 1969). American scientists mapped the ridge in 1988. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the town of Probuda in northeastern Bulgaria .
