The Pulpudeva Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Пулпудева lednik Pulpudewa ) is a 8.5 km long and 6 km wide glacier in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the Sullivan Heights in the center of the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains it flows from an area north of Johnson Col , from the northern slopes of Nebeska Peak and from the northwest slopes of Mount Farrell in a northerly direction west of Mount Levack together with the Crosswell and Patton- Glacier to the Ellen Glacier , which it reaches northwest of Mamarchev Peak .
American scientists mapped it in 1988. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2011 after the Thracian city of Pulpudeva , the forerunner of the city of Plovdiv in central southern Bulgaria .
