ᠰᡳᠶᠠᠨ, Cinglung Manju Beye Dasangga Siyan , is an autonomous Manchu county that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Qinhuangdao (秦皇岛 市) in the Chinese province of Hebei .

Qinglong covers an area of ​​3,309 km² and has a population of around 510,000 (2003). Its main town is the large community of Qinglong (青龙 镇).
