The Rösemann building is a historic house in Karibib in the region Erongo in Namibia . The facade ( English Façade of Rösemann Building ) has been a national monument since December 20, 1979 .
The facade is characterized by a veranda with square columns, a gable and a corner tower. The building was erected in 1900 by the trading company Rösemann & Kronewitter and expanded between 1907 and 1908 with a western extension. It served as the company's headquarters. It has been privately owned since 1975 and houses a bank, among other things.
