Rüdiger Hans Alexander Joachim von Voss (born October 14, 1939 in Potsdam ) is a German lawyer , publicist and historian .

Life

Voss was born in Potsdam in 1939 as the son of the professional officer and resistance fighter of July 20, 1944, Hans-Alexander von Voss . His grandfather Joachim von Stülpnagel was a general of the infantry. He studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , the University of Grenoble and the Georg August University of Göttingen .
