Răzvan Cristian Grecu (born December 23, 1999 ) is a Romanian athlete who specializes in the triple jump .

Career

Răzvan Cristian Grecu gained his first international experience in 2015 when he was eliminated from the youth world championships in Cali without a valid attempt in qualification. He then won the silver medal at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Tbilisi with a width of 15.03 m. In the following year he won the bronze medal at the European Youth Championships, which were held for the first time there, with 15.62 m. In 2017 he finished fifth at the U20 European Championships in Grosseto with 15.89 m and the following year he was eliminated at the U20 World Championships in Tamperewith 15.65 m in the qualification. In 2019 he took part in the U23 European Championships in Gävle , Sweden , where he finished fifth with 16.45 m.

In 2019 Grecu became Romanian champion in the triple jump.
