The R 510 ( Russian P 510 , the Cyrillic P corresponds to the Latin R) is a 15 km long regional road in the east of the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad ( Koenigsberg area (Prussia) ). It connects the south of the Krasnosnamensk Rajon ( Lasdehnen , 1938-1946 Haselberg ) at today's settlement Dobrowolsk (former district town Pillkallen , 1938-1946 Castle Hill ) with the northern Nesterow Rajon and its capital Nesterow ( Stallupönen , 1938-1946 Ebenrode ).

At the same time, the R 510 represents a link between the regional roads R 508 or R 509 and the A 229 (section of the former German Reichsstraße 1 ).
