The RENEXPO is one of the leading trade fairs for renewable energies and energy-efficient building and renovation in Europe , which takes place annually on the exhibition grounds in Augsburg and is carried out by Messe Augsburg ASMV GmbH .

At the RENEXPO in 2015, a total of 135 exhibitors presented around 7,500 visitors with their own booth.

The RENEXPO is organized as a congress fair at which, among other things, various energy associations (e.g. the Federal Association of Combined Heat and Power or the Federal Association of Heat Pumps ), networks (e.g. the Umweltcluster Bayern or KUMAS ) or state institutions ( e.g. the Bavarian State Ministry for Environment and Health ) Hold lectures.
