The RVK - services and insurance for the healthcare market is an independent service provider in the Swiss healthcare market. He provides services as well as insurance and educational offers for insurers, pension funds and companies.
As an association, the RVK represents 25 small and medium-sized health insurers with around 680,000 policyholders.

history
The RVK was founded in 1932 as the tuberculosis reinsurance association of the concordat of the Swiss health insurance funds under the name TRV. With the expansion of the insurance range in 1954, the name changed to the Reinsurance Association of the Concordat of Swiss Health Insurance Funds (RVK). Today the RVK is a service center for insurers, pension funds and companies.
activity
With the MedCasePool, which in addition to the medical and insurance medical service, also combines the DRG test center and case management, the RVK is active in the field of insurance medicine, invoice control and case management in the service area. Training and further education in the insurance and medical sector includes basic and specialist courses as well as conferences. As the organizer, the RVK also runs networking platforms such as the RVK-ImPuls or the treffPUNKT «KVG». The RVK also takes care of pooled insurance solutions and reinsurance covers, the joint purchase of services and integrated care models such as the family doctor system.
