Radek Petr (born February 24, 1987 in Krnov ) is a Czech football player on the position of goalkeeper .
Club career
Petr started playing football at the age of six at FK Krnov. At the age of 16 the goalkeeper moved to SFC Opava , two years later to Baník Ostrava . In early 2007 he was loaned to the then third division club FK Mutěnice.
After the good performance in the Junior World Cup 2007 in Canada Petr moved to Parma in the Italian Serie A . There the Czech was goalkeeper number three behind Luca Bucci and Nicola Pavarini in the 2007/08 season . To get match practice, he was used in the junior league Primavera .
After the relegation of FC Parma to Serie B , Petr was loaned to the Serie C league team Pro Patria Calcio . There the goalkeeper came on September 14, 2008 in the game against Monza Calcio for his first professional appearance.
In January 2009 Petr was loaned to the Belgian second division club KAS Eupen for half a year . Here the goalkeeper celebrated the Bulgarian Championship at the end of the season .
