Radio Andalucía Información , abbreviated to RAI or rai, is a regional Spanish radio program that can be received in Andalusia and Gibraltar . The provider is La Agencia Pública Empresarial de la Radio y Televisión de Andalucía (RTVA), the public service business agency for radio and television of the government of the autonomous community of Andalusia.
Radio Andalucía Información was created in the 1990s under the umbrella of the regional radio and TV network "Canal Sur" operated by RTVA. In addition to Radio Andalucía Información , Canal Sur Radio and Canal Fiesta , as well as the Internet radio Flamenco Radio, belong to the same group.
program
The program, which is broadcast around the clock, mainly consists of news for the region as well as regional traffic jam reports and weather forecasts , supplemented on weekends and public holidays by live broadcasts of music events, church services, local sports or bullfighting .
Since the renovation and expansion of the studio space in Seville in October 2019, content that goes beyond what was previously offered as a news channel has been produced and broadcast. Regular themed programs on local history, music and science have been added, especially in the late evening from 10 p.m. and during the night.

The radio program reached around 12,000 listeners a day in November 2019.
