Rafał Majewski (* 19th June 1991 in Plock , Poland ) is a Polish soul - and pop - singer .

Career

X-Factor

In 2011, Rafał Majewski took part in the first Polish season of the casting show X-Factor and qualified for the cover of the piece A Song for You by Donny Hathaway among the 20 best participants in the TV show. Kuba Wojewódzki , one of the show's judges, described it as the "sense of this show". The video with the recording of his appearance has already been viewed over half a million times on YouTube .

Debut single

In September 2012, Majewski's first single, Inara Lyn , was released. The music for this was composed by the composer and pianist Stefan Gąsieniec, the text of the song was created by Paulina Przybysz, who is known from the band Sistars . The single Inara Lyn was played by Polish and international radio stations (including the USA and Germany). Inara Lyn also received a spot on the album Smooth Jazz Cafe vol. 12 - a popular compilation of pieces of music that has been published in Poland for years and for which the well-known radio journalist Marek Niedźwiecki advertises with his name. The song can be found on the CD alongside titles by world-famous music stars such as Sting and Paul McCartney . By November 2013, the music video for Inara Lyn had over 26,000 viewers on YouTube .
