Rafael Cob García
Rafael Cob García (born October 23, 1951 in La Horra ) is a Spanish priest and Vicar Apostolic of Puyo .
Life
Rafael Cob García was ordained a priest on October 23, 1976 .
On November 28, 1998, John Paul II appointed him Vicar Apostolic of Puyo and Titular Bishop of Cerbali .
The Pope personally donated his episcopal ordination on January 6 of the next year; Co- consecrators were Giovanni Battista Re , substitute for the State Secretariat , and Francesco Monterisi , Secretary of the Congregation for Bishops and the College of Cardinals .
