The Raiffeisenbank Reutte reg.Gen.mbH is an Austrian Raiffeisen Bank , based in Reutte in Tyrol .
The bank was founded on April 17, 1898 as a cooperative organized savings and loan association. From the 1960s onwards, several mergers with other Raiffeisen banks in the area followed, for example with the Raiffeisenkasse Stanzach in 1960 , with the Raiffeisenkasse Musau - Pinswang in 1970 , with the Raiffeisenkasse Berwang - Bichlbach - Heiterwang in 1990 and with the Raiffeisenbank Vils in 2017 . At the same time, the branch network in the Reutte region was expanded.
In 1981 a branch was opened in the Tyrolean exclave of Jungholz . In 1997, a subsidiary operating as a finance company was founded in St. Gallen , Switzerland . This was converted into a bank in 2004 after receiving the banking license . Bankhaus Jungholz offers upscale private investors its multiple award-winning private banking services - asset management and support - through its two locations in Jungholz and St. Gallen.
Raiffeisenbank Reutte has been renamed several times in the course of its history; it has had its current name since 1986.
From 2010 to 2015 the Stuttgart banking house Bauer belonged to Raiffeisenbank Reutte.
