Ralf Kitzberger
Ralf Kitzberger (born June 19, 1968 in Heidenheim an der Brenz ) is a German lawyer . His legal work focuses on copyright and media law, industrial property law , information technology law , entertainment law and personal rights .
Life
Ralf Kitzberger studied law at the University of Konstanz . In 1995 he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Temple University in Philadelphia (USA ). Kitzberger has been a doctor of law since 1996 and admitted to the bar in 1998 . He is a partner at the law firm Schickhardt Rechtsanwälte and provides legal advice to musicians such as Cro , Andrea Berg , Vanessa Mai , Fantasy and Danyiom. His clients also include the former boxing world champion Regina Halmich , the Open Air Summer Breeze as well as producers and presenters of Saturday night TV shows. In the area of law in professional sports, various football Bundesliga clubs, coaches and athletes are among the firm's clients.
Ralf Kitzberger has been an honorary professor at the Merz Academy since 2011 . He is a member of the audit committee of lawyers specializing in the field of copyright and media law at the Bar Association in Stuttgart . He is also a lecturer at the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg in Mannheim , at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg and at the Institute for Cultural Management at the University of Education in Ludwigsburg.
