Ramilja Munawarowna Burangulova ( Russian Рамиля Мунаваровна Бурангулова , English transcription Ramilya Burangulova ; born July 11, 1961 ) is a Russian long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon .

At the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in 1991 and at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona she was eighth, and fourth at the 1993 World Championships in Stuttgart.

In 1996 she set her best time of 2:27:58 in fourth at the Nagoya Marathon . In the same year she won the Honolulu Marathon .

In 2000 and 2001 she won the Dubai Marathon , in 2003 the Hartford Marathon with a course record of 2:33:26, and the following year she was ninth in the Boston Marathon .

In 2004 and 2005 she won the Baltimore Marathon .

The 2007 season began for her with victories at the Miami Marathon and the Los Angeles Marathon .
