Ramlösa is a district of the Swedish city of Helsingborg . It is located in the city district of the same name, with around 4,600 inhabitants (as of 2005) .

Ramlösa, also known as Köpinge , had been a place in what was then Raus since 1894, which was incorporated into Helsingborg in 1918 . Ramlösa has been part of Helsingborg since then.

The place name derives from the Swedish words ram and lösa from meaning "wet meadow" or "pasture" or "clearing".

The history of Ramlösa has been closely connected to the medicinal and mineral water from the Ramlösa spring since the 18th century , which has also become famous outside of Sweden. In the heyday of the spa business around the source and as a meeting point for the better society of Skåne , the place was significantly expanded in the 19th century. Among the houses, often with sawmills, large balconies and verandas, are the important buildings of the fountain hospital ( Brunnslasarettet ) from 1836, the former fountain management ( Brunnkontoret ) from 1829 and the fountain hotel , built between 1876 and 1882 and the largest wooden house in Scandinavia.

The mineral water manufacturer Ramlösa Hälsobrunn AB still gets its water from Ramlösa today. Today, however, the production facilities are located in the nearby Ättekulla district .
