Randy Givens
Randy Givens (actually Bernadette Jenelle Givens; born March 27, 1962 in Alexandria , Louisiana ) is a former American sprinter .
In 1983 she won gold over 200 m and silver over 100 m at the Universiade . At the Pan American Games in Caracas she won over 200 m and in the 4 x 100 meter relay , at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki she reached the semi-finals over 200 m.
She was sixth in the 200m at the 1984 Olympics , and she won silver over that distance at the 1987 Indianapolis Pan American Games .
In 1984 she was starting NCAA championship in the 100 m and 200 m for Florida State University .
