The Razlom Point ( Russian Мыс Разлом Mys Raslom , German 'Bruchspitze' ) is an ice point on the western edge of the Lasarew Ice Shelf off the Princess Astrid coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located 3 km north of Leningradskiy Island .
Participants in a Soviet Antarctic expedition mapped it in 1959 and named it after a large nearby break in the Lazarev Ice Shelf. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the Russian designation in 1971 in a partial translation into English.
