Red Trousers - The Life of Hong Kong Stuntmen is a documentary about the work of stuntmen in Hong Kong. Director Robin Shou tries to show the poor conditions under which the stuntmen in Hong Kong sometimes have to work. The risk of injury is very high and the medical care on set is very poor. Based on interviews (some of which Robin Shou conducted himself) the viewer gets an insight into the hard and hard training and work in this profession.

In between you can watch the performance of the stuntmen in the finished film through selected scenes from the futuristic martial arts adventure Lost Time .
